Managing Director & Chief Executive

Eighteen years as an actuary, senior analyst and model developer across the Life, Pensions and Investment sectors, for some of the largest financial institutions in the United Kingdom.

A Solvency II and capital management expert. His work ranges across derivatives and stochastic modelling, embedded valuation, realistic balance sheet development, multivariate analysis, process streamlining, asset-liability modelling, product development, project management and implementation, forecasting and analysis, governance and compliance, and the regulatory enforcement of technical guidelines.

Tolulope Bodunde

Chief Operating Officer

An engineering graduate with a Master's in Data, Telecommunications and Networks from the University of Salford, Manchester. He combines an IT and business analysis background to provide technical support for model and application development at Pobek.

His experience ranges across process engineering and streamlining, financial modelling in the Banking, Insurance and Oil & Gas industries, and business analysis within UK consultancy. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the British Computer Society, with a PhD in view.

Khantharuban Poovanendiraraj

Partner & Senior Consultant

Over twenty years as a non-life and life actuary and senior analyst. His experience ranges across stochastic modelling, appraisal valuation, embedded value, governance and compliance, system replication, realistic balance sheet development, reserves calculation and reconciliation models.

An expert Excel developer, he trains staff regularly.

Partner & Senior Consultant

A UK-qualified actuary with over fifteen years in the life insurance industry. Having worked at a variety of companies during his career, David has a wide range of experience, with particular focus on process improvement and the automation of manual processes to improve working-day timetables.

He believes clean, generic design and clear communication are key to creating successful solutions for clients.
